These are hand-crafted alder salad tongs. My objective was to create a comfortable, friendly tool that encourages the user to cherish and respect its material and manufacturing. Building this emotional bond with the product increases its lifespan. The tongs are built with an asymmetric design, providing optimal left and right hand fits - switch the tongs for scoop and a reach situations.
